Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CHANGE_ME_LEGAL_ENTITY (the "Service"), including the website, reader, wallet, and any related apps or bots. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are a minor under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@toonary.example if you suspect unauthorized access. One account per person; we may suspend duplicate or shared accounts used to abuse promotions or coin balances.

CHANGE_ME_LEGAL_ENTITY is a reading platform for series (manga, manhwa, and webtoons). Series metadata, covers, and chapter pages are made available to you for personal, non-commercial reading only. We (or our licensors and content partners) retain all rights, title, and interest in the content displayed on the Service, except for content that specific series or right-holders have licensed to us or that has otherwise been authorized for publication here.

We reserve the right to add, remove, or delay the availability of any series or chapter at any time, including in response to licensing changes or removal requests described in Section 8.

Some chapters are unlocked using an in-Service virtual currency ("TCoins"). TCoins can be purchased through the payment methods offered on the wallet checkout page from time to time, which may include stablecoin/cryptocurrency transfers, third-party gift-card resellers, and other processors.

• TCoins have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Purchases are final once TCoins are credited, except where required by applicable consumer law.
• Cryptocurrency and stablecoin transfers are irreversible. You are solely responsible for sending the correct asset, network, amount, and destination address shown at checkout; we cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address or network.
• Prices, available payment methods, and TCoin package sizes may change without notice.
• We may delay, reverse, or decline crediting TCoins where we suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

Some accounts ("Uploaders" and admin roles) can submit chapters through the upload workflow. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have all necessary rights and licenses to submit it, and that it does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or other rights. You grant CHANGE_ME_LEGAL_ENTITY a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, compress/re-encode, watermark, and display that content on the Service for as long as it remains published.

Submitted chapters are subject to review before publication and may be rejected, delayed, or removed at our discretion, including after publication if a valid removal request is received.

• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with content-protection measures (e.g. watermarking, right-click/copy protection) or rate limits.
• Scraping, bulk-downloading, mirroring, or redistributing Service content outside the Service.
• Uploading content you do not have the rights to publish, or content that is unlawful in the jurisdictions where the Service operates.
• Using automated tools to create accounts, farm TCoins, or abuse gift-card/payment verification.
• Attempting to access admin or uploader tooling without authorization.
• Harassing other users, or submitting false or abusive content reports.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for violating these Terms, for suspected fraud, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via your profile settings or by contacting support@toonary.example. Unused TCoins are forfeited on account termination for cause.

If you are a rights holder and believe content available on the Service infringes your copyright, you can:

• Submit a report from the relevant series or chapter page, or from My Reports if you have an account; or
• Email legal@toonary.example with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL(s) on the Service where it appears, (c) your contact details, and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.

We review removal requests and will take down content we determine to be infringing. Repeated, substantiated infringement by an Uploader account will result in suspension of that account.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHANGE_ME_LEGAL_ENTITY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from cryptocurrency transactions sent to the wrong address/network, third-party payment processor failures, or content submitted by Uploaders.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and, where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of CHANGE_ME_COUNTRY_OR_STATE, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
